Balance payable 10 weeks before arrival.
Security deposit of $200/week payable with balance. (Refunded immediately after cleaning of the home & confirmation by on-site management that no damage to the home has occurred during your stay.)
Mandatory $168 cleaning fee no matter of lenght of rental period.
Pool heating $34/day (free of choice)
